Biography

"Black Hills Real Estate Hunter for Hegg in the Hills!"

In 2007, after 20 years of teaching school I started a second career in real estate. I'm loving it!! I love helping clients find just that right home or piece of land to build their dream home. I also help sellers by listing their properties to find buyers.

As a Black Hills real estate hunter and a real estate professional in my community, I am dedicated to providing the finest service available with integrity, ethics, and honesty. I go the extra mile to help you achieve your goals. I research the market and property values so your home is priced effectively from day one. I also make sure the public knows your home is for sale by using current advertising and marketing techniques to attract potential buyers. As a long-time resident of the Northern Black Hills, I keep close tabs on the market, and know the values of properties in our area.

I work the entire Northern & Southern Black Hills of South Dakota including Rapid City. I work with residential, multi-family, commercial, land/lots, and acreage properties.

When I’m not busy with real estate, I love touring the hills, working on my art, or creating re-purposed, up-cycled items, and remodeling homes.

I look forward to helping you buy or sell your next property. Call or email me today! 605-920-1084 christle@hegg.com
